IT Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. Your role will also involve installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and providing remote support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Maintain computer systems and networks by performing upgrades and routine maintenance tasks
- Provide remote support to clients using remote access tools
- Keep track of all support requests in a ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and security principles
- Experience with troubleshooting common computer issues such as viruses, malware infections, network connectivity problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in Danish (spoken & written) is required.

Salary: 1600$ per month.
