Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain and update computer systems as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of support tickets and provide timely updates to clients
- Educate clients on basic troubleshooting techniques
- Follow company policies and procedures for data security

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for qualified candidates who require it.
