Formwork Technician

As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up formwork structures for concrete pouring projects in the city of Horsens. You will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure accurate and safe formwork installation, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials according to specifications
- Install and secure formwork structures using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper placement and alignment of formwork
- Monitor concrete pouring process to ensure accurate placement within formwork
- Inspect formwork for any defects or damage, and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on construction sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques used in formworking
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically on-the-spot
- Team player with strong communication skills
