Formworker

A construction company in Horsens is seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork and frameworks for concrete structures, ensuring they are strong, sturdy, and of high quality. This is a contract job with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of formwork
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Build wooden or metal formworks for pouring concrete structures
- Assemble and install reinforcements into formwork
- Pour concrete into formwork, ensuring it is evenly distributed
- Remove formwork once the concrete has set and clean up any excess material
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately within specified tolerances
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others on the job site

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification or training in carpentry or construction would be an asset.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Horsens.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
