Mason - Construction Worker

We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various types of bricks, stones, and concrete blocks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per week, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay out plans for buildings or structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to required sizes using hand or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels
- Use levels, plumb bobs, and other tools to ensure structures are straight and level
- Repair cracks or other damage in existing masonry structures
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical stamina as the job requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in masonry or related field
- Experience working with different types of masonry such as brick, stone, concrete block, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
