Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Horsens. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, target new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth through a variety of channels including online travel agencies, corporate partnerships, and group bookings.

Your responsibilities will include identifying potential sales leads, conducting market research, attending industry events and trade shows, and negotiating contracts with clients. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional offers and packages to attract new customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing regular reports to senior management.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hotel industry. Previous experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry is preferred. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently are essential.
