Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business through proactive sales efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular updates to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for this contract position
