Hotel Sales Manager
Our luxury hotel in Horsens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving sales and increasing revenue in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to create promotional offers and packages
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional service to guests
- Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue, and expenses for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$, as well as accommodation for our out-of-town employees. A biometric passport is required for this position.
