Senior Architect - Contract (Roskilde)



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Roskilde. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary safety and building codes while also staying within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural strategies and plans for projects
- Conduct site evaluations and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Create detailed sketches, plans, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review contracts and budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Salary: $1000 per day (negotiable based on experience)
