Concierge - Roskilde, Denmark


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Roskilde. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

As a Concierge, you will be the face of our establishment and the first point of contact for our guests. Your duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for restaurants and other activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong knowledge of the local area and be able to provide accurate information to guests. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position. We are open to hiring freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
