Project Manager - Construction (Randers, Denmark)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team in Randers, Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain timelines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination between departments
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills preferred)

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for non-Danish candidates.
