Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Randers

As an Online Consultant for our e-commerce company based in Randers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email and live chat, assisting with order placements and tracking, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the e-commerce industry. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using various online communication platforms and basic knowledge of website navigation is required.
