As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussion forums, ensuring that all user-generated content is appropriate and follows community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussion forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users and respond to their inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Edit or remove inappropriate content, such as spam or offensive posts
- Encourage positive interactions among forum members and foster a sense of community
- Report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Keep track of forum activity and provide regular reports on forum metrics

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role in an online community setting
