Senior Architect - Randers, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Randers, Denmark. Our company specializes in architectural design and construction services for residential and commercial projects. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet client requirements, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to the plans and specifications
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Denmark

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
