Part-Time Senior Architect

We are a prestigious architecture firm based in Randers, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements
- Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, including cost estimates and timelines
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.
