Job Title: Head Chef at Fine Dining Restaurant in Randers, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant located in Randers, Denmark. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen team, creating and developing menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and monitoring performance
- Develop innovative menus that meet the restaurant's standards and reflect seasonal availability
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to create specials or promotional menus
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new cooking techniques or ingredients into menu development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes that exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Food safety certification is required
- Must be fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month
