We are in search of an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Randers. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our dessert menu, as well as assisting with other pastry items for the restaurant. Your passion for pastry-making and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the quality and presentation of our desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative and visually appealing dessert menu items
- Prepare all pastry items according to established recipes and techniques
- Oversee ordering and inventory management of pastry ingredients
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Proficient in various pastry techniques including baking, decorating, and plating
- Knowledgeable in food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other kitchen staff
