Job Title: Database Administrator

We are currently hiring a Database Administrator to join our growing team in Odense, Denmark. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of our company's databases. You will also be involved in planning and development of the databases, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Develop database strategies and implement improvements
- Backup and restore databases as needed
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to design efficient database structures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in database administration (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional)
- Experience with cloud-based databases (Azure, AWS)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.
