Contract Architectural Manager (Odense, Denmark)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architectural Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects in Odense, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with proven experience managing projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines and budget goals are met. You will also be expected to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

As the Contract Architectural Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of architectural projects from initial concept through construction completion
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with team members
- Ensuring all projects meet relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicating regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Overseeing the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on complex design issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or management
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit or other design software preferred
