Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Odense. Your role will involve managing a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of building projects in Odense.
- Develop project plans and schedules, taking into account budget constraints and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Oversee the design process, providing guidance and support to architects and engineers as needed.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are being completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that quality standards are being met.
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to maintain financial goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of construction processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant architectural tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.

Location:
This position is based in Odense but may require occasional travel within Denmark. Candidates must have valid work authorization for Denmark.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month.
