Hotel Sales Manager

Our hotel in Odense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase room bookings and generate revenue for the hotel. You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners to promote our hotel as a top destination for business and leisure travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets set by the management
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from various industries
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance. The successful candidate will also receive visa sponsorship if needed.
