Hotel Sales Manager in Odense, Denmark



We are seeking a talented and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to attract new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and local businesses to generate leads
- Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to make informed business decisions
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities for management review
- Oversee the sales team's performance, provide training and support when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
