Location: Odense, Denmark
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable)


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities and strategies for our hotel in Odense. This includes developing and implementing sales plans, building relationships with clients, and meeting revenue targets. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products and services to effectively promote them to clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must possess a biometric passport
