Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Odense. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify target markets, develop promotional plans, and manage sales activities. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and increase market share
- Identify target markets and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Create promotional plans to maximize revenue during peak seasons
- Manage all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet changing demands

Requirements:
