IT Manager - Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Kolding, Denmark. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire information technology system and infrastructure of our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's IT systems including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operation of the company's systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Plan and oversee the installation, upgrade, or replacement of hardware and software as needed.
- Manage the budget for IT expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in Denmark is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate in Danish is a plus but not required.
