Roofer Supervisor



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team in Kolding. As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of roofers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of a team of roofers
- Assign tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
- Train new employees on roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during roofing projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in roofing
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
