We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our company in Vejle, Denmark. As a Part Time Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This position requires a skilled individual with previous experience in team management and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to achieve project goals
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress
- Provide guidance, support and feedback to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Develop strategies for increasing team productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using various project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
