Part-Time Teamlead in Vejle, Denmark


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Part-Time Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in order to achieve our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with other team leads and report directly to the department manager.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
- Ensure that the team meets deadlines and achieves targets set by the company
- Monitor productivity and quality of work within the team
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to increase efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Create reports on team performance, progress, and challenges for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Working Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.

Location:
Our office is located in Vejle, Denmark. However, we are open to remote work options for candidates who are unable to relocate.
