Job Title: Teamlead - Vejle, Denmark


We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to meet project goals and objectives. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects, while also providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve project goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Teamlead or Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and meeting project deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus
