Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in Vejle. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that the facades are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. You will use your expertise in materials, techniques, and regulations to create innovative and efficient facade designs that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed facade designs that meet client specifications and comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that facade designs integrate seamlessly with overall building design
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of facades
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends, materials, and technologies related to facades
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vejle (no accommodation provided)
