As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various products. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and a high level of skill in finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, and painting. Your main tasks will include inspecting finished products for quality and consistency, performing touch-ups and repairs as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role may also involve working with different materials such as wood, metal, or plastic.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a finisher or in a related field. Experience with hand and power tools is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
