Turner for Metal Fabrication Company in Vejle

Our metal fabrication company in Vejle is seeking a skilled Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to shape and cut metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate various machines including lathes, grinders, drills, and saws
- Determine appropriate cutting and shaping methods for different types of metals
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and cuts
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role in a metal fabrication environment
- Extensive knowledge of different types of metals, cutting methods, and machine operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in machining or metalworking
- Experience with CNC machining equipment
- Knowledge of welding techniques
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
