Heavy Equipment Operator



As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently move materials, load and unload trucks, and perform other tasks related to construction or land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine work specifications
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform manual labor tasks as needed such as shoveling or lifting materials
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete assigned tasks within given timeframes

Requirements:
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification (if applicable)
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction plans and drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Vejle, Denmark. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but assistance with finding housing may be offered. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-EU applicants.
