Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of projects in the city of Vejle. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions. Your role will also involve managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the design and construction of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance to team members on technical issues or challenges
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Communicate updates on project progress to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, construction methods, materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively.
