As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to completion. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
