Instrument Technician - Lusail, Qatar

We are currently in need of an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various instruments and equipment used in our facility. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with instrumentation systems, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy. This is a contract position with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all types of instrumentation equipment
- Calibrate and adjust instruments to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation systems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding any issues or concerns with instrumentation systems
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working with instruments and equipment
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in instrumentation systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician
- Strong knowledge of various types of instrumentation equipment and systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to working with instruments and equipment
- Experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on instruments
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English; Malayalee language skills preferred but not required
- Must possess a biometric passport for international travel
