Computer Support Specialist

Our IT company in Moscow is seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Moscow, Russia

Contract type: Full-time with accommodation provided

Visa sponsorship: Available for non-Russian nationals
