Construction Manager

As a construction manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects in the city of Beer-Sheva. Your main responsibility will be to plan, direct, and coordinate the construction process from start to finish. This includes working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, as well as negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors. You will also be involved in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will be managing a team of workers and ensuring their safety on job sites.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the city of Beer-Sheva. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is also highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are crucial in this role as you will be required to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, government officials, and contractors.
