Architectural Designer


A reputable architectural firm in the bustling city of Shan is seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other members of the design team to bring projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position that offers competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in the city of Shan
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Biometric passport for easy travel within the country
