Maintenance Technician

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the bustling city of Shan. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on various equipment and systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment or facilities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of all facilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Preferred:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools.
