Elevator Installer Apprentice

As an Elevator Installer Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the skills and techniques necessary to install and maintain elevators in buildings of all types. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of new elevators in various buildings such as hotels, hospitals, and office buildings
- Learn how to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with existing elevators
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on elevators such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn components
- Follow safety protocols at all times and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in mechanics and machinery
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced professionals
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month (without experience)
