As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an innovative menu that showcases the best of local and seasonal ingredients. You will also oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff training. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients while incorporating international flavors
- Manage food costs by maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to quality standards and presented beautifully
- Train kitchen staff on new techniques and recipes, as well as proper food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
