As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects in Aarhus. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing spaces. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction techniques. You should also have excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for commercial spaces
- Develop architectural plans and designs that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Coordinate with consultants such as engineers and interior designers to integrate all aspects of the project
- Oversee the preparation of necessary documents for permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Review project specifications, contracts, and proposals before submission to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and specifications in Aarhus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members
- Proven experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
