Junior Merchandiser



As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in planning, executing and monitoring the product assortment, inventory levels and visual displays for our retail store in Isa Town. Your main objective will be to ensure that our store presents a visually appealing and well-stocked shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products for the store based on market trends and customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment or markdowns as needed
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight product features and promotions
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, signage and cleanliness
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion related field is a plus
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of retail math and inventory management principles
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Isa Town, Bahrain if not already residing there
