We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems for residential and commercial buildings. You must have a strong understanding of different roofing materials and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, but we are able to offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking to gain experience in the Russian market. Salary will be 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and maintain existing roofs
- Inspect roofs for damage or potential issues
- Determine appropriate materials and techniques for each job
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Roofer
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
