Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time job in Washington? Our luxury hotel is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, activities, and events
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements for guests
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Washington or willing to relocate
- Available to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Must have own valid visa or permit to work in the USA
