Job Title: IT Manager (Monte-Carlo)

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company in Monte-Carlo. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring their efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of information technology trends. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience but does require a biometric passport and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's IT systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as networking, security, database management, etc.
- Proven experience in managing IT systems or teams (previous experience not required)
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing technology environments
- Biometric passport (required for access to certain company systems)
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
