IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Faroe Islands. Your main role will be to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology systems
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and find solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical thinking skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with cloud computing services
- Knowledge of project management methodologies

Salary: 1000$ per month (part-time)
Location: Faroe Islands (no accommodation provided)
