Job Title: Facade Designer/Engineer



We are a leading architectural firm based in Kolding, seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer/Engineer to join our team. As a Facade Designer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, plus accommodation provided for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop innovative facade designs that meet client requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and ensure design feasibility
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality materials and construction methods are used
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferably in the field of facades)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Designer/Engineer
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and codes/regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
