Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with proven experience in successfully leading and completing projects on time and within budget. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and managing subcontractors. Your excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget
- Develop project budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials and services
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, submittals, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, safety standards, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret contract documents
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
